Medical Qi Gong
He who controls others may be powerful but he who has mastered himself is mightier still.
Lao-Tsu (500B.C.-400 B.C.)
A branch of Chinese medicine, the aim of Qi Gong is to prevent and treat illness, to strengthen one’s constitution and immune system, to avoid premature aging and to prolong life. Qi Gong is an incredibly powerful anti-aging and life-prolonging therapy which cannot only dramatically reduce the severity of an existing illness, but also reduce recovery time.
Studies on seniors in China have shown that even into their very late years, these seniors had normal blood pressure, normal cholesterol and blood sugar levels, tended to have above average vision and hearing, very sound sleep, less gum diseases, were more resistant to extremes in temperatures, suffered from little pain, had excellent mobility and were much less susceptible to becoming ill. Qi Gong has been used in China for hundreds of years and it is now gaining much attention in Western scientific circles for its preventative and curative powers.
