Christine Kozlowski, Co-founder of Immumed
If you are depressed, you are living in the past; if you are anxious you are living in the future; if you are at peace you are living in the present.
Christine Kozlowski is a licensed practitioner with over thirty years of clinical experience. University educated in Pure and Applied Sciences, and Physical Education, Christine holds multiple specialized diplomas and certifications in Traditional and Classical Chinese Medicine, Medical Qi Gong, Classical and Modern acupuncture, Chinese Medical Massage (Tuina), and Chinese Osteopathic Medicine (Zheng gu shu).
Christine also holds diplomas in Naturopathic, Osteopathic and Homeopathic Medicines, having had the privilege of studying with such medical luminaries as Drs. Paul Nogier, Claude Piro, and Frank Bahr, originators of a neuro-physiological form of microacupuncture called Auricular Medicine.
Two of the many great strengths of Auricular Medicine are
1) the ability to identify foci, that is zones of energetic interference or disturbance that act as impediments to self-regulation and healing, and
2) to correct brain laterality, that is, inter-hemispheric brain communication considered by many French and German doctors as being implicated in issues of dyslexia, ADD and ADHD. Christine is one of the rare practitioners of Auricular Medicine that has learned her skills directly with these masters.
In Classical and Modern Homeopathy, Christine has studied with Georges Vitoulkas, Rajan Sankaran, Farouk Masters, Dr. Helmut Schimmel; Dr. John Upledger in Osteopathy; Drs. Maurice Mussat, Kiiko Matsumoto, Suzanne Robidoux in Classical Japanese and Neurological Scalp Acupuncture. Dr. Ted Kapchuck, and Dr. Suzanne Robidoux in Chinese Herbal Medicine, Jerry Alan Johnson, Bernard Shannon, Medical Qi Gong. This of course represents but a very, very small sampling of Christine’s teachers and mentors.
Christine’s specialty is all that touches the neurological, from ATD/ADHD, dyslexia to Lyme disease, to patients diagnosed with M.S., A.L.S., Parkinson patients recovering from stroke; fertility issues and hormonal dysregulation, chronic inflammatory and autoimmune disorders, as well as chronic issues of the skin; Acne, Eczema, Psoriasis, to cite but some examples.
With one foot firmly rooted in Western Therapeutic modalities and the other in the Ancient Eastern Therapeutic modalities, with her exhaustive clinical experience, broad non-dogmatic therapeutic vision, Christine remains, passionate about her work, empathetic and understanding of her patients, ever curious to learn and expand her therapeutic horizons.
Be it newborns, children, adolescents, adults or seniors; irrespective of her patient’s condition, Christine is able to find the elusive therapeutic needle in the pathogenic haystack.
